Heart attack in a pill, but I know someone who used hydroxycut with just some ab exercises, and he lost quite a bit of weight with a small bit of work.

You could tell the the fat was burning off of his whole body not just his abs...Which was really the only thing he worked out with.

They really do help to speed up your metabolism. That's why he had some effects...He was always really lazy, and when he started moving around his metabolism still sucked. This helped his get in to action. He would wake up, and take one to get it going.

But no they really do speed up your metabolism. Not only that, but your heart etc...Very bad for you, but if you are desparate go for it. Just be careful not to take them too long. Lose the weight you need, and once you have done that stick to your diet/exercise plan.

Note: Taking this alone isn't going to do it. You need to do some type of exercise and some type of diet, or this is no good.

That's a complete over exaggeration.

Fat burners aren't something good to abuse but they're not going to kill you. I know people who've taken plenty of stimulants and every other bodybuilding drug under the sun (and countless drugs you've never heard of) and they're all fine.

If you're out of shape, watch your blood pressure that's for sure. If you need to be concerned when considering a fat burner or stimulant, then you should NOT be taking them. If you're already in shape and need to lose the last few pounds THEN you shouldn't have to think twice.

How old are you??? Friends of my sister who is probably older than most of us here has had a few fellow police officers die from them, and from the energy drinks.

I'm not saying that a healthy person is going to keel over, but someone with prior problems could.

anyone use any? hydroxycut, etc?

It's been a while since I've worked out but when I did I took Hydroxycut and multi-vitamin supplements, had a strict diet;  I ended up losing 50 lbs in 2 months.  It was AWESOME.  My ass needs to pay my gym bill and get back in.
