Don't worry your vote doesn't really count for anything anyways.

mccain's purpose is to lose the election for obama, so that mccain and obama's real boss gets what he wants.

your vote doesnt count.

Thats like saying you dont need to do your homework assignment, because it wont effect your graduating GPA.  Its shortsighted and completely ignorant of the big picture.  In fact, every homework assignment is important and every vote is important, even though no one of them alone makes an appreciable difference.

When it comes down to it I on't think the elite really care which one gets into office, they will both be the puppet the puppet master can easily control.

I agree, but I'd rather have an Obama puppet than a McCain puppet. I'm going out and voting early tomorrow.

No, I'm not talking numbers I'm talking political weight. Your vote has no power over who is going to get elected, the electors' votes count.

Our votes influence the electoral college.
the representatives from your state vote
based on how the popular vote for the state.
so your vote counts towards the electoral
college and the electoral college counts
towards the election.  people today... :whatever:

Precisely.

The only difference is their label.

This is true and complete bullshit that they
are not obligated to vote the same but I
would say a lot more often than not that the
states representatives vote the same way as
the citizens.  To not vote because it doesn't
make a difference is a cop out.  I for one will
exercise my right to influence the electoral
college.  If you really want to make a difference,
vote all the representatives out and get some
fresh politicians whose views align with yours.

 They are both rich, and from the same failed congress. Why is it that a huge percentage of people in congress are millionaires?

Our founding fathers warned us about times like these.

Politicians were originally meant to be common citizens with normal jobs and normal salaries.

Things sure do change.
