My dreams have been like this since i was a kid. I used to dream about aliens all the time coming to get me. I can't even watch movies with them in them. I saw the movie Signs and i will admit i was so scared, i had tears in my eyes and i was trying to crawl up the back of my chair away from them lol.

I dream about demons coming for me, aliens coming for me, evil animals coming to get me, and did i mention aliens? I had a dream one time that i was fighting a demon with magic because he kidnapped my mom and brother. We were using all kinds of magic against each other, but i couldn't kill him, so he drove off in a really fast car away from me with my family in the trunk. I got super pissed off and turned into a dragon, then flew after him. When i caught the car he actually looked scared, then i tore the roof off the car, ripped him out, and bit off that fuckers head. After that, me, my brother, and my mom went to Disney world to celebrate lol. That one actually ended ok, but it was not restful sleep.

Others are like aliens coming to get me in my sleep at night. I hate those ones all the time. I wake up and I'm paralyzed, then i feel hands grabbing my feet, my chest and my head. I'm lifted out of my bed and put on a floating table. They take me into their ship and cut me open. Then they take me back into my bed, leave the room, then i fall asleep. As soon as the dream ends i wake up screaming. I grab the bat next to my bed, then walk around the house if i have the ballz to. Most nights i just hide under the covers and go to bed. 

Thats how well i sleep at night.

There are other dreams of what seems like past lives, but i always seem to have them when i die in the dream. Usually by violent death. It scares me so much, that i wake up before they kill me. I wake up screaming or punching. I'm not joking at all about this. Every night i fear going to sleep. I smoke weed before i go to bed and i can't remember them.  I know i still have them, but i can at least wake up somewhat restful.

I never had bad dreams until i learned to meditate. There are some ways to meditate that you shouldn't use. It opens the mind to a certain degree, that no measure of lucid dreaming is worth it in the end. I think i brought these dreams on myself.
