What do you think about falling asleep?

I usually think of what i did today, what i have to do tm, women and some other stuff.

i usually replay all my obsessive thoughts for about an hour, then i realize when im just about to fall asleep because i'll start thinking of weird shit like birds and mangoes

Yup. If I'm out of sleeping pills, the only way I get to sleep is to try to empty my mind completely. Otherwise I stay up for HOURS thinking about what I'm doing with my life, plans to make money, plans to what car I'm going to get, what I'm going to do to it when I get it, how I'm going to do all of this, what I need to do, etc. etc. etc...

actually im on like day three of no weed after being a heavy daily stoner and im having trouble sleeping well because i keep having these vivid dreams all night. i usually smoke right before bed, so when i sleep stoned i either dont dream or dont remember it.

i fall asleep pretty much instantly.  it goes straight to dreams before i'm fully asleep.

I over-analyze things all day. I long for the sweet bliss of sleep to shut it all off. I empty my mind and disappear until my alarm goes off.

I do my best not to dream, but sometimes they slip through the cracks and it ends up as very self-deprecating. I'd rather my mind give me some respite for a few hours.

I think about bills mostly. After that i think of the latest book i have been reading, or the lastest idea i have for a book. I try to smoke before i go to bed so i don't dream so much. I have dreams that would scare the boogy man.
