Humboldt State
    #9107842 -

I'm born and raised in Santa Cruz, still live there and I'm almost ready to be done with my associates. I want to get a M.S.W to become a therapist, I don't like either city (SF or SJ) and Chico or Socal both look dreadful, so my only option really is Humboldt (if there is any good options im missing please let me know) I wanted to know if there is any students on here from there or past students, just some reviews on the education and student life. I value the opinions of some users here rather then the rants on college review sites, thanks.

I've heard such good things about Santa Cruz and UCSC from a girl I know who goes there. Why so critical? All the places you mentioned are super chill IMO. :mushroom2:

Because Santa Cruz is really the best IMO, im not some snobby shit, i just love being next to the beach and the redwoods. Right now im comfortable walking distance from either. Humboldt offers the beach and redwoods, as well as my degree w/ graduate school. UCSC is rad, but its so expensive, my Dad left me money for school when he passed away and I'd like to save some of that for a mortgage.
