So MTV was cool in 2002?  I doubt it...

To me its always seemed like an ultra trendy, super lame commercialized crap.  But I only first saw it in the late 80s.

The same fucking thing happened to the only musical TV station here in Montréal called Musique Plus.

It used to be a completely french station with french shows, but now it became an english station subtitled in french.

Too many fucking reality- shows. I can't believe people actually watch that. It's the equivalent of shit shitting shit puking on shit.


EDIT: AHHAAHHA As soon as I wrote that post, the eBay banner thing on top of the forum suggested a link to buy toilet paper.

MTV played the first music video(they wouldnt get any exposure without a place to put em)so MTV was created, it was either "Bohemian Rhapsody" or "Video killed the radio star" I cant remember

Your arguments make it sound like you never saw MTV in it's early days. It seriously used to be good.
