Falling down onto my Ex-Wife

... I have a little problem that's driving me CrAzY insane! - My kid was taken (snatched) by my marauding sister and my ex wife - The kid lived with me all her life, I took her to America, spent many thousands of love and money on this child, her mom cheated 3 times, committed sex offenses with a minor so I left her ass..

I came back to my home country after 7 years away and insisted she take part in her daughter's life (Big mistake) - I did not fail to bring the child each week upto the point my mental health got the best of me 7 months ago and I let my guard down... So while I was recovering in hospital my sister came up with a BS story that social services want my child away from me, so the nurses let it happen.. Fast forward a little and I find out from the horses mouth that they have NEVER had an interest in me, in fact I do a great job as a Dad as they say...

My kid's birthday is next sunday and my Ex has shut out all communication, she is shutting me out of my childs life who I brought up practically alone for the most part... I do have legal custody papers but the police here cant go collect as she is with her mother (Dad's dont have rights here)

So:

Do I Fall Down, like michael douglas and go ape and make the call saying my intentions? or do I send her BF a letter from one of the cheats she was with and cause a rift??

I like to think I have a sick mind but I know some of you have even more active ones than me:)

I hope they have the shroomery in jail! :headbanger:

I'm confused. If you are in America and you have custody papers they cannot keep you from getting your daughter unless they have a court document that supersedes it.

I've been there before with the police, they won't intervene, So I have decided to text her and formally tell her that I will take her to court as she is *keeping* the child away... I've admonished all of my sins, but I know she has a couple of big McHiccups that she might want to keep away from her current boyfriend... Like having an affair with a 14 year old boy! I hope she's in for the ride I'm gonna give her, Biatch.
