Okay, So I've had sex quite a few times, with a few different chicks, no problem there. The problem is, It takes an extroaordinary amount of effort for me to cum. Usually sex for an hour or so, and then she needs to give great head afterwards. Anyone else have this problem, or a way to cum faster so that When I wanna stop, I can shoot my load for once. I can only do it quickly once in a blue moon, and when I dont cum, it is very unsatisfying, y'know, have sex for an hour or two, girl's sore, I still havent cum. As has been mentioned before, any medications you're on can affect your ejaculatory time.

Anti-depressants can stave it off or completely deny it, as can alcohol, marijuana and I'm sure a number of other drugs.  If you're taking any medication for ANYTHING (and I don't care if it's for heartburn or allergies), read up on the side-effects.

Ruling out any pharmacological substances, I wouldn't say "stop masturbating" as I'd say "change how you're doing it".  Some guys barely use any touch, and some use a very firm, tight grip.  If you find yourself in the latter category (or even if not), try loosening your grip and see if that helps.

Other ideas: Use more lube, or don't use so much.  Try different positions.  When you find something that works, stick with that.

Supposedly, Tantric exercises and the Fleshlight is good for training of this sort, but as I'm piped the wrong way, I can't speak from experience.

No meds, I guess I should feel lucky, not really a big problem for me, if I dont cum when we fuck, I just make her give me head, and direct her in the best way, to make me cum. Well, it's all good to me, I should start practicing on cumming on demand, probably wouldnt be too hard.
And, no, I'm not usually nervous during sex, and I'm great at it, so I've been told.

I've got the same problem OP.  Probably excessive masturbation on my part.  It takes me like 15 minutes to jack it at a furious pace.  The couple times I've had sex it went on for like an hour before I figured out it wasn't going to happen.  No meds or marijuana use here.  I think I've trained myself to a furious masturbation pace and can't replicate that while fucking.
