The vagina is not the external female genitalia, it is the internal canal which leads to the uterus.  The vulva is external, and can become dirty & smelly if it is not kept clean.

Like many other things, there are attractive penises and unattractive ones.  Generally, I prefer the look of an circumcised penis but that's a piss-poor reason to be practicing routine genital mutilation on infants.

Generally, if the guy is healthy, well-groomed (i.e. bathes regularly and keeps his pubes at least *TRIMMED* if not shaved...foot long pubes are nasty), and his dick is healthy, and not bizarrely shaped or something (some curve is normal; a 90 degree angle is cause for concern) or bumpy or overly wrinkly, I'll probably find it attractive.
