something really annoying with left side of my chest and bad headache

Lately when I breath deep it kinda hurts my heart and the thing is I got a check up recently and a chest x-ray and it seems to appear healthy so I'm wondering what this could be. Do I need to do excersise or something?

also I do have low pth levels?-maybe this is related. (wont know my results for possibly a few days, got a blood test earlier today) seems like i may have some protein deficiency going on . also i have a really hard time sleeping because of this.  wondering if maybe i should try some breathing exercises or stretches . (i couldnt sleep last night because of this)

also my ive been up for over 24 hours and my fucking head feels like its making noises or something, should i go to sleep asap



any advice is appreciated

You sure it's your heart? I get chest pains quite frequently sometimes where I cannot possibly breathe in all the way without extreme pain. It's like a pinched nerve or something I hear. I get it when I sit in weird positions. Sometimes I can't breathe in deep at all. Like almost not even taking in oxygen because it hurts trying to inhale.

Generally I find hitting my chest or changing seating stances or whatever which seems to fix it. *shrug*

I've known other friends with this same thing. I don't think it's really something to worry about. It can just be very painful.

As for the headache, it's probably not to do with this, but I don't know, I'm not a doctor. =P

You should look into Kundalini Syndrome, you may have it if you use psychedelics.

it's really weird. i wonder if it's just a stress thing. it's kind of on and off too. comes at random times but i find when i keep myself busy it doesn't bother me, i also think i may quit smoking weed, i feel like it may have to do with it

a pinched nerve is what if feels like when I get it, actually reminds me of what my breathing was like on lsd a few months ago


i also wonder if my occasional benzo use could have to do with this?  I've never used them frequently but now im done with them for good just in case

Forgot to add something to my origonal post. My chest pain also occurs on the left side of my chest. Very close to the heart. I remember getting this as early as 6 or 7. I remember my friend at that same age that had it really bad once.

Do you workout at all? Smoke cigs/weed?

The body is strange. Sometimes pain in one area of the body is actually linked to another.. Like you get chest pains but it's actually a nerve in your arm or something... or shoulder pain is actually a kinked back muscle..

google some stretching for chest muscles.. back, etc.

Also I don't know how old your are but your body could still be growing.. that would cause random pains sometimes.

I'm 20 years old and I actually hard work out and when I do it's usually through skateboarding.

I have smoked alot of weed over the past year but in the past two weeks have only smoked a few times, I'm thinking of quitting for awhile cause I imagine it could be the reason for this.  I also get weed hppd alot since my lsd trips this summer and it's not so enjoyable.

I guess I should start working out maybe and stop smoking

Look into Esophageal erosions. I had chest pain on my left side and had two EKG's done. I checked out fine. I stopped smoking and the pain has left me.
