In 20 years I think HIV will essentially be a non-issue.  Already, with a good drug regimen and healthy lifestyle HIV is almost a "manageable" disease.

Look at Magic Johnson, he was diagnosed about 1992.  He looks healthy as a horse.  HIV probably won't impact his final life expectancy very much at all.

16 years later we have better drugs, and better detection methods.  Even now, if a very healthy person is diganosed early, with some effort they will barely experience any adverse effects from HIV.

If they want to have relationships with people who don't have HIV, then yes, they are less than human.  Why in the fuck would they want to transmit their disease except out of spite?

There's nothing wrong with two HIV-positive folks fucking (aside from the fact that they'll exchange strains, which will cause it to progress to full-blown AIDS faster), but keep that shit out of the non-infected population.
