The way the Cubs are winding down, I wouldn't be so content.  They have whole century of failure to make up for and they're about to give the Brewers their second win in a week.

Geez, last week you said Zambrano was done and he threw a no-hitter days later.

Today you say the Cubs have lost, and they win in thrilling fashion.

I only mention this because you've also been proclaiming loudly and to anyone who would listen that the Cubs had no chance to win the World Series this year.

It'll be interesting to see if your powers of predestination continue to fail you spectacularly the rest of the year.

I said he was not doing well and he wasn't doing well.  He took two weeks off and came back.  1 win in two weeks, yipee.  Clue to lou, a no hitter is no more than one win.

I defy you to find that quote.  I don't think they will but I'm sure I never said they had no chance.  They won't because you still need more pain and zappa says you will get what you need.  Or maybe that was Mick.  No matter, every Cub advance increases your inevitable pain.
