Mirrors Piss Me Off !!

Ever wonder when looking in the mirror if that's just what your face looks like backwards ? It's been really itching at me for some time now. When i look in the mirror i see a real nice attractive looking guy, but I'll look at the lettering on my shirt and it's backwards. I think mirrors reflect only the first person view, not at all the view of how other people see you. Doesn't that sorta mess w/ you knowing the image you see isn't the same as what other people see ? But damn if that's true... i'm afraid i'm one weird crooked face looking mofo'
Taking a cellphone pictures goes the same way, when i take a personal shot of myself w/ it shut it's a mirror shot, but i have it folded open it takes a more different shot of me.. the shot of me which i guess is the " True " image of myself.

The letters are backwards, but are they shaped any differently? Your mirror-image is exactly what other people see, unless your face is horribly disfigured and no longer symmetrical.

No ones face is symmetrical, dumbass.

I agree OP, it can be kinda annoying.  But you can always take a pic of yourself and compare that to the image in the mirror.  Usually the difference isn't that much.

Look closer.

Odds are--if you think your face is perfectly symmetrical--you've got some uneven parts that you're conveniently subconsciously overlooking.

yea well i do have a three way mirror in my bathroom and i have seen the real image of myself how others see me. I gotta say the difference is pretty significant in my case. If i could only choose between the two reflections i'd choose the original image the mirror reflects when your standing in front of it. My backwards reflection is really what my real image should look like for how people see me. This might sound confusing and strange but i know what i'm saying. I'm one ugly fuck just fooling myself everyday i look in the mirror, thinking that reflection is what i really look like. but it's all whatever that's just my opposite image that just happens to be the image i wish people saw me as.

People dont see you as your mirror reflection... the mirror reverses the front and back direction.
