The biological reason we have sex is to procreate.
Procreation with immediate family members tends to breed genetic defects, which leads to death. We call this "natural selection".
There is a physical, biological reason we don't fuck our siblings. It has NOTHING to do with "cultural values" or "the way you see it", or morals.

I'm not sure what to make of the original post. Intuitively, it's repulsive, though I don't think I'd call it "wrong" at first glance. Certainly, had the sister got pregnant, then there's the chance of deformed children and such. So long as nobody gets hurt, well, I'd always find the idea of a brother and sister having sex repulsive, but I'm not sure I can object to it on serious moral grounds, except for the risk of children with birth defects. I mean, I find the thought of anal sex between two men seriously repulsive, but I can't really say I think it's immoral.
I have a sister about 3 years younger than me. She is tall, thin, symmetrical, etc. I know rationally that she's good looking, plus I know that many people think this based on her friends, what some of my friends have said, and even what people say to me when they see pictures of her. However, I've never seriously considered having sex with her, nor do I even find the idea appealing. I've gone swimming with her and her friends and it's always her friends that I'm following around with my eyes . . .

Actually, the way you've put it there tends to parallel arguments coming out of evolutionary psychology. Basically, natural selection would also tend to favor those who carry the trait of excluding their immediate siblings from sexual desire. So, you could say that the cultural values might be the direct result of natural selection.

I don't see what the big deal is? Down here in Arkansas we make whoopy with our sisters and cousins all the time.

I have to comment on this. So I had a stepsister about 4 years back that I didn't really find attractive, kinda thought she was pudgy. But after she wasn't my stepsister I would start having fantsies about her. We used to share a room and I used to rub them out thinking about fucking her. I do every so often now.
