cuz there are woods behind my house and its raining like a bitch and i want to know if anything good could grow out there :confused:

Maybe some amanitas, but that is about it for magic mushrooms. I used to live in Illinois, and never found anything.

i just went running through my backyard and found about 7 huge brown shrooms, the caps have been reversed or whatever like a broken umbrella....and it has a ring where the veil broke and stuff, and the caps are maybe....3 inch wide....and the stem is hollow, no blue bruising....im trying to figure out how to use my brothers cam corder (takes pictures too) and get pics up

Honestly, does the mushroom you found sound like anything psychoactive to you?
How many Psilocybes do you know of with a concave cap?

You didn't even tell us what color the gills were or what it was growing from.
