the test cartridge is a non conductive filament, no electrical
shock, it's used for target training, if wooten shocked the
kid then it certainly wasnt a test cartridge, it was a live
cartrige, if he used clips then he modified it

second, show me a link proving there are variable settings for
intensity, I've seen speculation claiming it's the same as
household current... BTW household current, 115v@10amps can be
lethal, how many joules does the taser put out at normal
power, how many joules is it at the 'test voltage', this info
should be easy to find since tasers have been killing people
for several years now

the taser is an on/off device, there's no voltage settings,
it's 50,000 volts or nothing, in regard to the electric fence
shock, I run electric fence, a 50 joule charger, special order
from galagher in austrailia, they couldnt send the 75 joule
model because it's illegal, this thing is more powerfu than
any that are made here, the strongest domestic model is only
25 joules

guess what... it only puts out 9000 volts, less than one fifth
of the taser, it would appear to me that Mr.Wooten is a liar
in addition to abusing his kid 'for training purposes'

now, where is the kids admission that he wanted to be tased


where's taser international sell this training aid that wooten used
