Cant connect with FrostWire

Its like Limewire, i reformatted my pc now i cant connect to anything. Im behind a router but my pc is connected to it. Do i open a port? What do i do

i dunno... it always depends on the router you use, but you can access most routers by typing http://192.168.0.1 into the address bar in your browser... i have no idea what ports frostwire uses, though... and you should also set up a static ip for your computer inside the LAN... try doing a little research in google... portforward.com usually has some pretty useful guides...
