Yield logs

How about a forum where people could provide simple information about their success or failure while growing.  This forum would have all cultivated sub-species listed as threads.  Cutivators would then post under the strain they are growing simple information like growing conditions, substrate, casing, cake, or bulk, dates, and final yield.  This would be different from the grow log forum because it would be organized (by strain) and no pictures needed just pure information (this would stop a lot of redundant questions like.."what species has the best yield" what is the average yield? does my cubensis strain do well on rye?, what is the average time between flushes?, how long do I have to wait until pinning?  If all the information was in the same place we could direct questions there.  It would be nice to have a form to fill out that asks each of the questions and then posts for you.  I think this would save a lot of time. :grin:

A lot of the questions you pose are ones that should/are answered by the FAQ.

And the FAQ forum that SHOULD exist by now would facillitate the submission of any of these questions you have that are not answered by the current version of the FAQ.

What I was talking about is not covered in any FAQ or TEK.

Average grow times, incubation periods, substrates, yeilds for each species posted by the cultivators

There is no need for an extra forum for this, the grow log forum is well suited for there kinds of reports.

your probably right, I just hate having to read through hundreds of threads and posts trying to find information that could be more concise...  Ill just let my lazy ass fingers do the walking then. :grin:

Noisy, I was refering to your comment that it would answer a lot of redundant questions that are not answered. Not the actual logs themselves. The redundant questions probably could be answered by the FAQ as I said.
