Do you take vitamins?

So many kids are sick at school,
almost every class I hear someone talking about how shitty they feel.

If you take vitamins, what do you take?

I take a multivitamin everyday and a 500mg vitamin C. I also take a very good fish oil pill

I take 1-2 flinstone vitamins every day. I know a lot would think I am joking, but I am not. Flinstone vitamins are a decent multivitamin.

Here comes the hippie health freaks nutritionist to criticize me for the multivitamin I take everyday.

Yes, but I haven't had any luck with them. I got infected with the MRSA bug, and it got into my knee and I almost had to have my leg taken off from the knee down.

I also have had a mono infection for months now. I had to have my spleen out, and due to my body constantly fighting this MRSA(to some degree) I'm haveing trouble getting over it.

Lesson here...Take care of yourself.

I take a weight gainer which is pretty much a multivitamin and more.

I feel much better on days when i am on the weight gainer then on days when i am off it.

I usually cook my own stuff at home, but when I travel I go for the quick fix. I'm travelling right now and ate Taco Bell tonight. It gave me hella heartburn!

if u feel like a cold is about 2 come on, take a zinc. i did that n it made it go away the next day.. i used to take a shitload of stuff..

2000mgs of vitamin C
50 mgs of zinc
vitamin B
omega 3
magneseium
calcium
vitamin D
fish oil

i used to take all of that shit every night up until i threw up from it. i was like yep.. break time n never got back on em.. they actually do prevent sickness n shit tho..
