the taxes for rich are proportionally less than for the non-rich

you have got to be kidding me.

I'm interested if you can identify any single federal tax rule or law that is only available to the rich and would allow the rich to pay a lesser share than the poor on any tax item

Is their anything?

At all?

Oh, I get it.  Those rich people work magic with their fancy trusts and stuff.

All I'm aware of is the cap on social security and medicare contributions (or one or the other I forget).

Is their one single item or tax that allows the rich to pay less proportionally?  If not their is just no conceivable basis for you to have this opinion.

Its especially alarming given your socialist views.  Somehow you think our highly, highly progressive tax scheme allow the rich to pay less proportionally?
