The only time shrooms are almost bearable for me to eat is when they're fresh off the cakes. I'll eat dried ones but I don't enjoy it. Making a tea helps that unpleasant taste though...Alot of people say it tastes like rotted sunflower seeds.

Taste is in your mind. If you decide that they don't taste bad, they wont. If you would rather not test your mind over matter, toss them in a blender with some orange juice and a little sugar and ice. NIce and cool with a bit of an earthy mushroom taste. If you stuck out in the woods without a blender handy, just hold your nose closed while you chew... if you don't breath while eating them, they have no taste at all... of course as soon as you take a breath through your nose...

i usually chew em but yeah i don't have shit ones....... only thing that sucks is after chewing on em snd being super happy smiling i have blue teeth.....

I simply do not understand where this whole "dried shrooms taste like poison" thing comes from. THEY'RE NOT THAT BAD, PEOPLE! If you eat them with any other food, you can't even taste them.

To me, fresh tastes pretty bad. Dry has almost no taste at all.

They are delicious to me ....... my favorite is freshies , dry ones stick to and in between teeth leaving the taste in your mouth longer . If you cant handle the taste chew them up with a mouthful of orange juice .
