guys who comment on your clothes

i have this buddy, sometimes he makes observations on my clothes, i like bowling style shirts, have a few that i wear from time to time, i dont even know if they are bowling shirts, but i like how i dress, no one else complains,

he also comments on other things, just from time to time i guess.

really dont know why, i never say anything about what hes wearing.

just kind of dumb, i think next time i will be blunt with him about that, hes like 30 im 25

I don't get it. Is he saying that they're stupid, is he giving you a compliment, or is me merely making the observation that you're wearing a bowling shirt?

er, good question, its sort of hard to tell with him, not really just making an observation, but sort of like.... cant really put my finger on it.

i think also a guy saying something about my clothes that isnt "hey thats cool" is a little weird

Well can you think of an example, is he perhaps sarcastic in tone? Maybe he's just trying to be nice? Or maybe he's trying to get in close to you so when the time is right he can kill you and steal your secrets? who knowz.

why plan in advance? It seems like he makes you insecure, and that's not necessarily his problem; that there is a personal problem.

That guy Steve,the body/crowd guard from the Jerry springer show has his own show now,he likes bowling shirts too.Very 50's to wear those,you should get some bowling shoes to match,wear argyle socks with them,start a new fashion trend.Then you can, "Take the skinheads bowling,take them bowling"........
