never thought i'd say this, but FUCK thunderbird

after switching to thunderbird 2.0 i started having a load of issues with my webmail account (hotmail)... whenever i would delete a message from the server or move a message to my local folder, it would just remain on the hotmail server to be downloaded a week later, leaving a duplicate in the server view of my thunderbird...

now i have figured out that i have to manually empty the trash from my hotmail server in thunderbird for the messages to be deleted, but the messages that i move to my local folders still remain on the server... i did a websearch and came up with some solutions... i changed the mail.pop3.deleteFromServerOnMove entry in advanced config to "true", and restarted thunderbird, but the problem is still there... does anyone else have this issue? i am FREAKING OUT! :cuss:

I didn't know thunderbird even worked with hotmail? My answer is "fuck hotmail" rofl.
