how's my coir lookin'..

Welp I got highly intoxicated one night and just started mixing random mixes of coir/verm/coffee/gypsum/veggie oil...

So i really have no clue WTF is in each tub, but here's a few

This was BRF/Verm spawned to coir:


This was WBS spawned to coir:


It's been 6 days since they were spawned, looking good I think!

Think they'll be ready to case in a few days?

Yea that makes me look forward to seeing how my grain jars spawned and cased will compare to my mini-cased grain/brf test.

Just goes to show you that the number inoculation points makes a huge difference.  On the bottom you have nice even colonization of most of the substrate.  On the top, you have chunks of heavily colonized portions with bare spots in between.

Looking good bro. What was your spawn ratio with the WBS? I spawned to HM eleven days ago with a 2:4 ratio and it seems slow going. :shrug:

yeah what is the ratio. I just spawned rye flour cakes to coir.I'm looking good but patchy like your one tray. wbs seemed to do better with a more even colonization of your coir. Mine is look pretty good after 5 day of colonization.still patchy though.?????
