lophophora cristate?

my one lophophora williamsii graft is starting to look crested to me, figured i'd let y'all take a look.




here's my other graft, actually younger than this one by about 2 weeks, they are each about 2 month old grafts.




just addin in cause its prettyful :sun:

ya the aperical meristem has been damaged or stopped growing for some reason, therefore it has pupped.
it will be a double header until it undoubtedly pups more.

i can live with that, i had a 100% success rate on my last 3 grafts, they should be showing signs of growth soon, hopefully none of them will be double headers,  i kinda like the one head idea.

most lophs grafted on pereskiopsis end up with multiple heads anyway... maybe 1 in 10 of mine stayed as a single...
