When starting out do i have to put the jars in the perisher cooker or can i just by pass that step because
i dont have one and also i was wondering if there was another way instead of using the perisher cooker THANKS ALOT

With the pftek you dont need a pressure cooker...All I can say is get one if your serious about this hobby!

you can do steam sterilization instead of a pc if your doing cakes
