Anyone here use Adobe Illustrator?
    #8651879 -

I'm just curious on how many people use adobe Illustrator, and if there are any good tutorial websites out there that you might know of.  Lately I've been doing a lot of work with my drawing, and I want to bring them to life on the PC.

I did briefly back in high school.  The drawing style takes a little getting used to but it's really a lot of fun.  I recommend a Dummies book.  They are the bees knees (for me at least) when it comes to learning software.  Here's a torrent for the e-book.

I never understood why anyone uses illustrator if they also have photoshop which is usually the case.

Illustrator is more for the raw Vector drawing.  Then you can import your design into Photoshop to really give it life.

Ya, but it seems that it cant do anything that photoshop cant.
