anyone good with adobe illustrator?

i need this drawing made into vector art so i can put it on a website.
however, the website background is going to black
so the drawing needs to be white, with a transparent background
(just in case i decide to change the color of the website)
can anyone help me?

thank you soooo much!

i have a few questions tho...
i placed the .png file you sent me over aim
agianst a black background & it works through firefox (shows the background),
but it doesnt work with IE.(shows a big black square behind it) (see my myspace site in IE to see what im talkin about
if im not expaing it right...im really really tired a.t.m)

i dont get it? =/

also, is that .png the final pic?
& can i resize it bigger without it distorting?

I can send you the Illustrator file, just pm me your email address. I have no idea why the PNG transparency isn't working on IE, that's odd.

Also, you cannot resize this to be larger without distorting the image unless I give you the vector Illustrator file. Then you can make it whatever size you want.
