Good yoga books(or videos, websites)?

I'm looking for some more info on yoga.

Meditation has helped me deal with severe depression and psychotic symptoms with the help of a psychologist.

I was skeptical of that sort of stuff but now I'm really intrigued.

I tried some yoga asanas because i had back pain and it helped.

I know there's a bunch of different "types" of yoga, so I'm not really sure what I'm looking for.

I want something with meditation, asanas to become flexible(and strengthen every part of my body) and whatever other stuff that can help.

I've found some videos and websites, but it's mostly on how to do asanas, which is helpful but i'm looking for a bit more.

Like, what ones should i do, should i do them in a certain order, what can they help with, do i meditate before or after asanas....?
