Get him what he smokes.  There is no 'better' cig then the ones you alrady smoke.  Any other brand never tastes quite right.

did any of y'all try those fucking electronic cigs with the nicotine liquid? like, you puff, smoke comes out, but you can smoke them legally in restaurants cuz its vapor with no odor... does anyone know what this shit is i'm talking about?

Dude Shepheard's Hotel cigs are the bomb.  It is a luxury cigarette from Germany.  When I used to smoke tobacco I would pick up a pack of those once in a blue moon when I felt like splurging.  Your roommate will enjoy those.

I know you already bought him something but, just give him the $3 you owe him...lol. In all seriousness though, if I was to give someone some ciggs as a gift I would give them a couple packs of what I know they smoke, then throw a badass zippo in with it. Best gift to a cigg smoker: a zippo, a bottle of fluid, and a pack of flints.
