ive been addicted in the beginning of the summer so i quit until there werent any cravings... and since i do enjoy tobacco i smoke like 1 a day at the most nowadays... but if ever get back to that point where i need a cigarette when i wake up, after i eat, after sex, then im quitting again...
i quit cold turkey....basically...the only trick i used was blowpops. everytime i wanted a cig , like after a meal i ate a blowpop. i bought huge bags of em.....i had to brush my teeth like 4 times a day, but it worked 4 me
