Burger time
    #8578852 -

Grilled cheese burger with 3 strips of bacon, topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms and lettuce. I just finished eating it, and I sorta came in my pants.

just an idea for the patty, take a couple sticks of butter and a few cloves of garlic and chop the garlic up and mix it with the room temp butter and then freeze it for a few minutes so you can roll it into logs with wax paper and finish freezing. then cut the log into wafers. then take a decent steak and grind it in a food processor and make 2 patties and seal them together with the butter wafer inside it. then season the patty like normal and grill it. the garlic butter will replace the moisture loss during grilling.
