Yall guys know any better burger than the 3 cheese one pounder from Fuddruckers? I love gobblin that up.

man fuddruckers rules. sweet cheese. they have teh best mustard there too. oh and the wedges. so good cause they use fresh canadian beef. mm

A place where i live "Carz" sells a 5 Lb burger.. Its like 50 bucks or somthin.. but its free if u eat it in some time limit..

Ive been on a new kick with my burgers and Ill NEVER go back to doing it the old way...

Ive got an old food processor that I never use, till I saw an episode on Food Tv where the guy put cubed chuck and sirloin in the processor, pulsed it 10 times, added nothing but salt and cooked the burgers on a cast iron griddle..

I thought to myself that I have all those things and I can get meat better than that on the show.. Si I gave it a try..

First thing that I noticed is that the meat didnt "grind" but instead it "shreaded" into nice small pices of steak. The texture was coarse but it stuck together well... I seasoned with only salt and let rest for two hours before cooking...

Made the burgers on a cast iron skillet it made a nice crust on both sides. I preped the bun with only real mayo on and pepper on the bottom bun. This way the juice from the burger makes a sauce with the mayo and the pepper makes it good...

One slice of American cheese on top and DAMN if these werent the GREATEST burgers I have EVER eatn...

I recently did the same thing with meatballs for spaghetti and they were good but I like mushy meatballs so Ill stick to ground beef for them..

I do plan to try a meatloat with beef, veal and pork sometime soon.. Maybe Ill take some pics..
