Gorgonzola Burgers

I don't usually measure when I make these, so most amounts are estimates. Should be pretty close though
Gorgonzola Burgers: 1lb Ground Beef 2-4oz Gorgonzola(amount depends on your taste) 1/2 Small onion 1/2t Hot Sauce 1t Worcestire Sauce 1/2t Dry Mustard 1t Pepper 1.5t Salt
1. Get everything together.

2. Measure it all out and throw it in a bowl.

3. Mix it up.

4. Form your patties, and let them rest in the refrigerator a while(not necessary, but I like to do it). I like 2-3 per pound.
5. Get the grill going on medium, and after it's heated, put the burgers on.

6. 3-8 minutes per side depending on how you like em, then flip.
7. Take em off and let them rest while you toast your buns.
I also made some potatoes with this. I used a crinkle cutter to slice them, then I coated them with oil and sprinkled em with salt and pepper.
They went into the 425F oven for about 20 minutes, then got flipped over and put back in for another 20. Give or take five minutes. Then out they came,

I paired the two together, and smiled

Whoa - no messin' around here.. though perchance, a mess around there - given that your cheese is open to the sides of the burgers. If I were me, I would have impregnated the beef mixture with the cheese after incorporating the onions, sauces, et al.. kinda making a thin large ovoid patty and pressing the cheese into the middle, then folding the oval into a circle and sealing the edges so the cheese wouldn't as easily melt out during the cooking process. Not that cheese melt is a bad thing.. but I'm lazy and don't like to clean my grill more often than absolutely necessary
I do quite like your peppermill; a sexy piece of culinary monument

Sometimes I put the cheese inside, but not this time. Melting wasn't bad at all. Had more onion bits to clean up than anything else, and there weren't many of those either.
Thanks for the compliment on the mill. I quite like it myself.

I decided to make lamb burgers instead.
For the patties I used:
ground lamb garlic a little lime juice pepper salt feta
and for condiments:
feta pesto tomato red lettuce grilled onions "blackened" shiitakes crema mexicana avocado
Came out delicious!

Made your burger man.

When I make burgers I always make a little one for my scooby.

Night photos suck since I can't figure out my flash on this camera

I sprinkled a little gorgonzola on top for max flavor

I recommend this to everyone
However, I was worried about the one burger that got too much cheese. As thought, the poor bastard fell apart on the grill
