Never was into Magic... i had three cards that a friend gave me for no reason. i think one was a rare one or something.

now Pokemon cards on the other hand...

Yeah I do too somewhere.  A few collector cards from Alpha and Beta, and the full Revised set.

Unfortunately they still aren't worth shit :lol: which is what I was banking on when I was 11 or 12 or whatever.

I remember being 13 and randomly meeting the 1997 MTG world champion through interactions on Everquest and it was like meeting my first celebrity :tongue:

Except Sinbad and Steven Segall, but I put MTG guy above those two anyway.

my bro had a deck that made the opponent shuffle their deck over and over again... he went to a tournament with it and made a guy shuffle his deck several times in one turn till the guy got all upset and refused to do it again. My bro was like, well ok so you forfeit then? the guy shuffled his deck :lol:

I remember selling my charizard for 175$ - I never actually played pokemon or yugioh or anything but MTG.

I bought a pack when I was with my brother and said if it's a charizard im selling it. I think I bought him icecream and I bought a frog from petland + some other shit.
