Girlfriend material yay or nay?

She's been up front about the amount of people she's slept with, mostly one night stands, so I can't really hold it against her, but every now and then my imagination gets the better of me.

Obviously it would be really fucked up of me to pursue a relationship while at the same time harboring some kind of secret resentment for her due to her past actions.

Should it even be an issue?

Once you get past high school you'll probably stop worrying about someone else's "number".

You already have issues with it, so cut the cord now.  All that will happen is you'll get more emotinoally involved and then her "number" will affect you more and more.

This is true but the number is not necessarily the only issue.  If she has a history of cheating on boyfriends or unsafe sex she may be worth avoiding for those reasons.  The question is what kind of person is she at this point in her life?

Yup. Cheating past or unsafe sex (random but consistant) are signs of problems in the future ime. That does not mean she still does these things though.

it was pretty funny, a couple of my girlfriends have cheated on me in the past, and left me for the dude they cheated with. at the time i was pissed, but noticed an important fact from their infidelity and following relationship...if you fuck a girl who has a boyfriend and subsequently become their boyfriend, they WILL cheat on you eventually. if there are exceptions to this rule they are few and far between.

if a girl had alot of one night stands its probably cool. my girlfriend is bothered by my number, as it is near 100, but she deals with it. plus, despite my number, i have never cheated on anyone. if i'm in a relationship, even if it's not going well and just hasn't ended yet, i respect it. as soon as any relationship was broken off i was on the prowl, but that's different.

if that girl has a similar record, go for it.

This is great, since she's a slut you can share her with your friends.  You and your friends can all move into a house and tag team your wife everyday.  Or you can just save yourself the stress and kill yourself.
