TM Re-does Moe's Outdoor Tek - With Grass & Horse

Well, after a month, nothing came of my first attempt at Moe's outdoor growing tek. That was due to a couple of factors; 1) Only contaminated cakes were used, and 2) the holes were too deep.

So, yesterday I went over to the same flower bed at my friend's house and did a new patch. This time I dug only 4 inches down and made the hole quite wide and I used dried grass clippings (some rotting) and crumbled dried horse poo along with two healthy 1 pint Thai KS cakes that I crumbled in there in layers with the grass and poo. Then I sprinkled fresh top soil over the patch and watered it.

I'm quite confident that this patch will produce the expected results as long as the weather stays warm enough over the next 3 weeks.

I'll update this post with pictures when successful.

Hey there,

Juan/Javier's outdoor patch is producing

....the cake pieces were left larger and none were more than an inch deep with the tops of some showing...they took right off that way versus 4-6" deep where they just seem to sit there.....made in bed of leaf mulch, compost, good top soil as base with mulch and horse poo mix as contact soil and light mulch/poo mix sprinkled on top with some straw at the very top. Watered in with horse poo tea and sprinkled/misted occasionally with the hose and it produce in less than two weeks. They do have a deeper spot that they are still waiting on.
