Hello all, I just wanted to know if Timoth Hay can be used in Moe's outdoor tek. It says any kind of hay but, I see some people are having contamination problems with Timmy. If anyone has tried it before, your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Good question - this will help me too. Timothy Hay is more convenient to me than the straw I use for indoor projects. Just throw it out there and soak with water, right?

Hey babyshroom, In Moes tek it says to soak for 24 hours prior. Im about to hit up Target for that shit. Although I think Michaels has wheat straw all year round. I gotta check, been real lazy lately. Anyway, good luck!

Thanks trippy, I think I'll snatch a couple bags of hay today and give my outdoor experiment some more goodies to munch on. They sure do turn out a lot meatier (although a bit stumpier) outside, don't they?

Ive seen outdoor pics courtesy of Moe and they appeared to be stumpy, but very meaty. It propably evens itself out or is better when you compare the thickness to height. They tend to be very fat. yummy!
