Brainwashing isn't real, because the only people who claim it is real are conspiracy theorists and their like. You can give someone sodium pentothal and hypnotise them all you like but it won't last.

The way I see it, Jalruza, there are two options:

a) Brainwashing is real, secret societies are real, and you've been brainwashed by said secret societies for some reason, possibly to do with the fact that you can talk to aliens (who are also real), or
b) You're deluded.

I'm sorry, but that's just the way I see it :shrug:

Edit: PS I'm sorry for saying that you exhibit the symptoms of schizoprenia, I'm not a psychologist so I don't really know either way. :mushroom2:

Ah. Different use of the word. I fully agree with you on your examples (though I'd call it indoctrination, either way)... but I was more under the impression Jalruza is saying he's been brainwashed against his will - perhaps taken to a brightly lit room and strapped down and injected with a microchip or something like that. Or have I been reading too much sci-fi?
