No fuss No Perlite method

I posted a piece of this method in a reply to a post and I have had a few PM?s about it so I decided to describe my setup:

I use a 10-gallon fish tank and prior to inserting my cakes I fill with ? -1/2 inch of water, above the water is chicken wire, which the cakes will be placed on. I then add 1-1 1/2 cc?s of bleach to the water and then cover the tank and let it sit overnight, prior to inserting the cakes into the tank I uncover and fan out the fumes generated by the bleach when it first comes in contact with the water. I then spray the sides of the tank with H202 and insert my cakes. I fan once a day and mist only when the sides of the tank start to dry out. I have grown nice flushes of B+, EQ, and some small but abundant TC?s are in there now. I HAVE HAD NO CONTAMS USING STANDING WATER AND BLEACH. The bleach does not break down very easy in the absence of sunlight and the water is as clean as pool water. I change the water every 3-4 weeks.

Thanks for posting, but this is in the wrong forum. I am moveing to mush. cult. where it will be better appreciated (for those still useing perlite, for example).
