Bottle Water and karo

so I found a tek on karo and thought id give it a try, I didnt know if i should microwave or pc it so i did both, 3 pint jars, 2 Acadian Coast and 1 PE, all three with 1 table spoon of karo and I think it was 150ml of distilled water, so I PC one for 45 mins at 15psi and microwave the other 2 for 1 min, let it set for 5 mins then nuke it again for another min and let it set till its cool, after i got done microwaving i noticed i didnt clean my microwave so i just continued, well a week has went past and this is what Ive got,

These pics was taken after I had already inoculated a few pint jars of WBS, its been 4 days and still no sign of growth on the WBS? does it usaly take this long? With spores it takes around 9 days or so for me.
