Agaricus spores don't readily germinate in sterile substrates. Assuming you used actual spores and not a liquid culture, you may never see any growth. There are tricks to get Agaricus spores going on agar such as actived carbon and certain bacteria. The best results I have had was by placing growing mycelium on one side of a the petri dish and spores on the other. The actively growing mycelium stimulates the spore germination.

If you actually meant a liquid culture instead of spores, you should see growth in a couple of weeks. They are much slower than cubensis.

Putting massive amounts of spores on agar can work sometimes. It just takes one spore to germinate to set off the rest. But it might also be contamination so watch it close. Maybe you will get lucky in your jars as well.

I would run that mycelium out on agar, and then transfer it to grain.
