Hey all,
I just took about 2 grams of cubes in gel-caps. I took em at 10, at 11 they began to kick in and now 12:50 the effects are almost completely gone! The actual visuals/trip only lasted 1 hour.
Why?
I noticed that my PR trips are shorter than my previous cube experiences but before it the trip would still last a good 5-6 hours. 5-6 hours comm-up and come-down incuded. I trip every weekend, for the last 3 weeks. 1st trip was 5 g, good next was 2g, good and today 2g again and a 1 hour trip  . Did you tolerance kick in?
I appologize if ^^ didnt make sence, i still havent completely come down

i found PRs were very potent and lasted pretty long for me... tolerance is a factor in your case... wait like 2 weeks or something...

Once I took 2 grams of mushrooms and had a weak trip for an hour. I took lots more later and finally tripped. I suspected they were just poor mushrooms.

If a trip lasts that short, I am led to believe that the whole "trip" was merely psychosomatic.

Im not sure what "psychosomatic" means but i would assume it means something like a placibo(sp). It was definetly a trip, very noticable OEV's/CEV's.
Perhaps my tolerance hit me, 3 weeks in a row tripping every weekend. Would that do it?

My '1 hour trip' was NOT psychosomatic. The walls were getting whiter and the bumps on the ceiling were flowing, and I was otherwise sober. Poor mushrooms I think, coupled with my inherent insensitivity to psilocybin (my friends tripped off the same amount).

This may have been a bummer for you, but it's something I would like to be able to do - one of the (admittedly minor) problems with 'srooms is that they last 4-6 hours, and with my life it's hard to block out that much uninterrupted time. It would be nice to be able to do one-hour trips now and then...
