What's great about being "single?"

Hey! I'm getting divorced. I've decided to look at it as a positive move. What does everyone enjoy about the "single life?"

I just kinda want to hear it...I haven't been "single" in a very long time.

I am truly appreciating the feedback right now! Gives me lots to look forward to. I've never actually been "in control" of my own life before. I went straight out of my parents house into my husband's arms. I've never been self-reliant, without anyone else around to help hold me up...

Now I can't wait.

I was attached before and now D. But I would have to say that I agree with the self improvement aspect. I have developed mentally more than I feel I could have by being single again.

I have been single for a year and half, after my last girlfriend of 4 years
it has been a much needed break...
