Silly Poems With No Real Meaning

Every once in a while I like to break free from the typical melodramatic 'vibe' I normally find myself in whenever I write poetry, and I throw together something that's a bit off beat just for shits and giggles. I just thought I'd share of few of em with you as a sort of change of pace (and by that I'm assuming most other poems submitted around here are of the serious nature...I haven't really looked back that far in the posts though, so sue me if I'm wrong)
Tell me whatcha think

Fruitless Tree [Re: Muppet]

I can see a fruitless tree Which indeed, no fruit there be. As the same with birdless sky Around here, they do not fly. The fish don't swim, no roosters crow There is no steed, there is no doe. Perhaps there's something I don't see Perhaps there's something wrong with me Embarrassed face, I cannot hide When I realize the tree's inside. There is no fruit because it's pine And quite common Christmas time.

Why part two before the first? This poem?s going nowhere, I fear the worst. Should you not start at the end instead? Why the middle be firstly read?
Tis no part one, I hate to say. I tried to write?twas thrown away. It did not work, it did not rhyme. So now it?s gone. Is that a crime?
Perhaps a warning of this deed Would less confusion for the need Of we who think there should be one Before the second has begun.
Unimportant?is all I thought. Must it be full, to be bought? It seems as if you won?t accept, It seems as if I am adept.
I?m sorry if that?s what I imply, I do not wish to make you cry. I only felt that it be odd To start at two. I?m sorry Tod.
It?s quite all right, I don?t mind. I would go on, but I don?t have time. Perhaps someday I?ll rewrite part one, In fact, I think that might be fun.
You don?t have to do that just for me. It really doesn?t matter, just let it be. But why must you still keep the name? Without part one, it?s not the same.
Yes indeed, that?s very true. Perhaps I should change ?part two? What can I say, but thank you my friend You?ve been ever so helpful, yet once again.

Happy Little Bud Plant [Re: Muppet]

Oh, happy little bud plant Tell me how doth thou grow To be so strong, yet take so long For thy bloom to show?
I give thee gifts of water And again of silt A gift of shroud, which makes me proud For prevent of wilt
But even with all I give you It seems like such a crime For such a fate, to have to wait For such a length of time.
Why must you always mock me? Why must you always tease? It?s quite absurd, my wish not heard When all I do is please.
Some days I feel disheartened Singing my lonely tune. But then I stop, because of thought That you?ll be blooming soon.
Until just now I see a sight Which causes such a wail. My pride and joy is really a boy And definitely not female.

Dreams [Re: Muppet]

Deep in the heart of a land called Wazoo is a magical place where dreams always come true. No one is angry, or ever feels blue. And the sun always shines with a hap-happy hue.
There are wondrous sights that can be seen all around. In the sky, in the trees, and under the ground. The sing-singing birds produce a nice sound, which can always be heard as they are quite abound. - There are muffles, and wuffles, and bamboozles galore. There are spin-spinney spinners out there on the shore. Even the frabjulous frupples (which are quite a bore) can be found in this wonderful nirvana of lore.
As we venture on farther into the trees. We can smell many smells being carried by breeze. But don't get too close to the gum-gumperbees cause the pollen they carry just might make you sneeze. - The bugs in the forest never will bite. So there's never a reason to run off in fright. As a matter of fact some come with a light. (which can really be helpful if you come here at night)
And all of the trees have something to eat. Sometimes it's fruit, and sometimes it's meat. And leaves are like shoes you can wear on your feet. A leaf-leafy shoe - now isn't that neat? - There's also a lake with a big waterfall. And stilts you can wear to make you real tall. You don't have to swim, cause you never will fall. And clothes won't get wet. Nope, not at all.
There are animals there, wherever you look. Some in the forest. Some by the brook. Even some places you might overlook. Like this tiny peek-peek, right here in this nook. - But there's more then just nature. This isn't a zoo. There's a village nearby. There are people here too! This little village is called Calamazoo. And everyone here has skin that is blue.
The Calamazooians, or at least so they say, do nothing but frolic and have fun all day. Bum-bumble hopping is a game that they play. You might like to try it if you're ever this way. - Even at night, this place never gets quiet. A campfire is made and people sit by it. Stories are told, which are never a liet. And jokes are abound, which are always a riot.
With so much to see, and so much to do, with all the sing-singing birds and the Calamazoo... it's easy to think it's too good to be true. But it really does exist. You believe me, don't you? - But how do I know of such a far away place, if it's not here on Earth, but way out in space? And how would you get there if you wanted to go? I'm going to tell you a secret I know.
This place that I speak of is pretty close by. You can go there yourself if only you try. You don't need a boat, and you don't need to fly. You just need yourself, and I'll tell you why. - You can go to this place while in bed, or on chair. Just go to sleep, and in your dreams you'll be there. You can dream about dragons, or maidens fair. And the best part about it is you can dream anywhere!
Every night an adventure. Every night something new. You might even learn how to choose what you do. And there are never any boundaries, as you journey on through. So as long as you're sleeping - you're dreams always come true.

Alright...I guess that's enough for now. Maybe I'll put up some of my more serious ones later though.

In reply to:

That was from my whole 'I-wanna-be-the-next-Dr Suess' phase...so trust me, you're not missin much. BTW - thanx for the complement. I've enjoyed some of the ones you've posted too (note - I onlt said 'some' cause I'm pretty sure I haven't gone back far enough to have read em all...the ones I have read though are pretty good)
Note to self - stop being so damn PC about everything...you don't need to disclaimerize everything you say.
