If I lived in Arizona I would probably catch snakes for a hobby. Anything that gets your adrenaline going is a fun hobby IMO.

walking around at local parks is always cool. thats what i do when i get sick of being inside and dont have anything to do. also, martial arts. costs money of course, but youll get in shape and learn how to do some crazy shit (over time) id stay away from taekwon do... (its gay, ive done it, and its fucking gay) if theres any GOOD kung fu schools around id go for that. (just because thats what i do)

martial arts only cost money if you pay for them.
and GOOD kung fu schools are few and far between (in the US). But if you find a good teacher they are worth their weight in gold.
But I second the martial arts thing. A good book can go a long way. check out Chin Na... Tai Chi Chuan.. Qi Gong.. for starters.

writing, honestly, one thing that helped me sober up, this isnt free, but get a cheap gym membership, a place with a pool and steam room and wieghts n all, that just will kick your ass all day, go swimming, hot tub, lift, and then go home all beat and sleep, and days get short, you get in good shape, take a multi vitamen everyday, ive been doing great, i have been sober for 6 months, and ive written like 40 songs and borrowed a guitar and have learned that quite well

Hacky sack is awesome!

Good for cardio, and a enormously fulfilling once you get really good.

3-8 dollars for a footbag isn't free, but I'd say it's worth it. :thumbup:

IS sex a hobbie i mean like learning new positions and stuff thats kinda hobbie like. I mean they got fucking books at Barnes and noble about sex positions i think that thats a hobbie. Cuz you have to research it and gain knowledge to become more experienced.
