Why does it sting when I pee?

Not just every time.  It ONLY happens when I've been drinking (usually beer) and I have an orgasm, then I take a piss.  Is there some mixture of beer piss/semen that causes irritation?  This happens regardless of if I've had sex or simply masturbated...the results are the same:  A flaming stream of burning piss...  :banghead:


Anyone have a cure?  I'd REAAAALY appreciate it.

I don't know - happens to me sometimes after I've drank a lot of pop or other sugary beverages (beer's got a lot of sugar, maybe there's a connection). Doesn't happen often if I'm drinking plenty of water and exercising, though. :shrug:

same here. it happens to me when either of the following happens:

1. drink alot of alcohol and ejaculate then pee too quickly.
2. do not drink enough water at work and eat too much salty foods and then ejaculate and pee too quickly.


both causes point to dehydration as a catalyst. :shrug:

I used to get the same thing a lot, but i don't think i've had it in over a year.
I never did find out what causes it.

It feels like acid piss burning the japs eye,, then you have this uncomfortable 'i still need to pee' sensation for the next 20 mins.

The only (obvious) thing i can think of that i've changed diet wise is cutting out caffeine. I dunno if that helped,, probably just a coincidence,,, :shrug:

it VERY rarely happens anymore, i found that if either of those two situations occur and i have sex, i just wait about 20-30 mins to piss. i think its happened like twice in the last almost year, only because i had to piss so bad that i couldnt wait more than 5 mins after sex lol.

The nerve endings that make your cum feel good can make a piss stream feel like a burning flame if the pressure is too high. It takes a bit for them to shrink back to normal size.

Piss slower after cumming. :smile:

Strange, I got the same..

Sometimes when I do not feel like taking a dump. I hold it, and when I must, my dick hurts..

I know this is related to my beer drinking. My urine smells. And that is only when I stand pissing..


I will ask my doctor asap, and my dad.

Anyways, the best cure I found so far, is to drink A LOT of water!

Urinary tract infection or Urethritis ?

Your not going to like the test the doc may won't to do....They run a tub up your Urinary tract and take a look around...:eek:

Or A swab is inserted 1–4cm into the urethra and rotated once. The swab is then smeared onto a glass slide and examined under a microscope.

lmao i know its not VD because i already asked my doctor about it and i am clean of any detectable VD. he said its not that nor a UTI, he said if it bothered me enough i should come back in and have a camera shoved in my pee hole.

it doesnt bother me enough to shove a camera in my pee hole. lol

seriously, i just think that it has to do with the muscle that switches pipes from your sperm to your urine, because thats the only time it happens. :shrug:

I've been searching for answers for this for ages aswell!

Its very strange that i only get this feeling after i've been drinking alcohol, i've never had this problem any other time...

I know you've said about it must be somthing to do with changing the tubes around or somthing within the penis, but i find that hard to believe.

Just dont understand why it only happens after i drink alcohol!

My doctor told me that this is caused by leftover semen thickening in the urethra, drink lots of water and flush out the hose.

Yep, i get this too when i drink alcohol then have sex, then pee, its like peeing is harder & hurts a bit, or alot, then im left still wanting to pee for about half an hour until it all calms down after the ejaculation, like becomes uninflamed or something

I have one good solution, i stopped drinking alcohol

If your body tells you to stop doing something

I can ejaculate then pee after drinking water fine its only alcohol, namely beer that causes trouble...for me

Though to clarify get to know your body, its never good to piss right after an orgasim or during or right after masterbating and I don't think anyone is immune to this. :birthday:
