I could see this being a really tasty breakfast/dessert item.

Make the dough be a light, fluffy cinnamon-y dough and bake it before you put anything on. Then get some plain yogurt, spread it around on the surface and sprinkle with fruit.

Sounds pretty damned tasty to me.

My mom used to make a fruit pizza when I was a kid. I think that the pizza crust was cookie dough with a mixture of cream cheese and some other stuff in place of pizza sauce. Then on top were strawberries, kiwis, mangos, etc. It looked a lot like the picture earlier in this thread.It was good stuff. The only thing that was cooked was the cookie dough.


I haven't had one or even thought of one in a really long time until I read this post.
