I am looking for a program that will capture the video of the desktop, or whatever browser is open.

I've seen a lot of youtube videos that use something called "Unregistered Hypercam" might wanna try searching for that. Although the quality of the video isn't the best, and it does leave "Unregistered Hypercam 2" in red font on the final video.
