this bum was picked up off the streets, im not sure why or how, but anyway, he stunk like twelve buttholes, and as they started cutting away the many layers of clothes, the smell got worse.
people that had been exposed daily to foul shit started vomiting and gagging.
what this guy had done is just kept putting on layers of clothes and shitting and pissing in them.
they have no idea how long he had walked aroudn with shit (literally) lining the inside of his sweatpants from waist to inside his boots.
so as they got down to the final layer of shitcaked sweatpants and cut them off, he went into shock because the pants and the layer of shit had become a skin in some way and his actual skin was so shitlogged and necrotized that his thighs basically pulled back to the bone.

so imagine just a few inches of shit, necrotized flesh and blood just spilling out as you cut off this soggy mesh of sweat pants.
